Price for Baby Showers & Bridal Showers: $270 Price for all other Events: $175.00 This room accommodates up to 50 guests. It is our largest room with a candle lit fireplace, a warm decor, and draped tulle illuminated by the soft ceiling lighting. The screen room is adjacent to the gala room and is great for pre-dinner cocktails during the warmer seasons. (with guest counts larger than 50, multiple rooms must be rented to accommodate overflow)

The Liberty Room

Price: $100.00 This is a family style room as the large farmhouse table allows up to 16 guests to sit around the table together and enjoy conversation. The table configuration cannot be changed, but guest count can be decreased if needed.

The Empire Room

Price: $75.00 This room is located near the bar. It can accommodate 20 guests with country style seating. Each table is different and great for informal gatherings.

Price: $1500.00 This area can be rented with a tent, dance floor, lighting and 25 chairs for your guests. Set up for a band or DJ can be easily accommodated. (deposit is non-refundable no matter the weather)

Price: $1800.00 The fee for this area is strictly for any function that requires a full day use (3 hours or above) and has a maximum of 100 guests. Any special provisions such as tents, tables, chairs, music, dance floor, linens or restrooms will be the sole responsibility of the customer.

Price: $250.00 (Limited Use) This includes use of the lawn for weddings, vow renewals or professional photo sessions which require 3 hours or less. The fee is intended for mowing, grooming, and prepping for such events. It is our desire to make this area picture perfect for your special day.
